Who are these classes for?

‘Stress Less, Relax to the Max’ classes are for Men and Women, with Women only classes available, based in the Green and Tranquil setting of Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. If you want to get rid of some worries, feel more in control of your emotions, Relax more. If you’ve never Meditated before, or you are an experienced Meditator wanting to get back into being more Mindful, this class is for you.
