Why am I Depressed?

Depression can be caused by a number of things.

You can become Depressed from something as simple as something that ‘could have been, would have been, should have been’ we often compare ourselves to others, thinking that others may have it worse than us, but this only surpasses our own feelings, which by the way are totally normal for us to feel.

“Comparing is despairing”

How does a ‘Stress Less, Relax To The Max’ session help overcome Depression?

Meditation has numerous scientific studies to show, that Meditation can help overcome Stress, Depression, Anxiety and so much more. At Stress Less, Relax To The Max, we are not GP’s and we recommend that if you feel you are suffering with Depression, to consult your GP and seek their advise.

These sessions are a complimentary therapy, i.e. can be attended if you feel they work for you, however, as some severe cases of Depression may require pharmaceutical medicine, always seek advise from your GP before attending an alternative therapy.

At Stress Less, Relax To The Max we understand that everyone responds to things differently, and realise that Meditation is not for everyone.
