Do you ever feel Bored?

Researchers find 69 per cent of people feel trapped in the same old routine and over 40 per cent are unhappy with their lives.

Just three in 10 people feel ‘happy with their lives’

  • How can you find something that you are interested in to overcome Boredom?

If you feel like you’ve been stuck in a rut for such a long time, it can be a really hard task to change your mindset and think about what actually makes you happy, when it feels like a lifetime ago when you were happy.

My advice, with Science to back it up; Meditate on it. 

  • What does it mean to Meditate?
