When I got to the class I was feeling restless, thoughtful & concerned.

After the 2 hour spa meditation class I was feeling calm, warm, sleepy, relaxed, reflectful, grateful and I gained perspective. The meditations were incredibly relaxing, the combination of meditation with treatments is a great idea. I learnt more about different ways of meditating, i.e. thinking about now/the future/ what you want.
